NDIS and Exercise Physiology – What you need to know

What we do? Prescribe Exercise aims to provide physical well being services to those with severe and permanent disabilities.

Working in conjunction with the NDIS and the participant’s planner, Prescribe Exercise provides a comprehensive and specialised exercise regime, tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

Exercise Physiologist or Personal Trainer? Exercise Physiologists specialise in prescribing exercise to those with disabilities, they study for 4 years at University to be able to provide the best possible care. Personal Trainers can usually become qualified with 8 weeks and may not posses the skills required to prescribe exercise for your unique condition or goals! Therefore an Exercise Physiologist is always the most qualified professional to help achieve your health goals.
