Power Through Menopause
6-Week 1-on-1 Program

 

A personalised one-on-one program designed to help you feel stronger, more energised, and confident during menopause. You will build muscle mass, improve bone health, support metabolism, manage weight, and reduce cardiovascular risk. The program also supports improved energy levels, mental wellbeing, and long-term health through targeted, progressive exercise.

Format: Individual (1-on-1)
Duration: 6 weeks

MS Get a Head Start 6-Week Program 

A supportive education and exercise program designed for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence with exercise. The program uses interval-based training to support neuroplasticity while effectively managing fatigue. You’ll learn how to exercise safely with fluctuating symptoms and develop the skills to stay active long-term.

Format: Individual or smallgroup
Duration: 6 weeks
Frequency: 2 sessions per week

Parkinson’s Group Class 

A specialised small-group program using neuroactive exercise to retrain the brain for people living with Parkinson’s disease. The program focuses on improving movement quality, balance, coordination, gait, strength and cardiovascular fitness while actively supporting neuroplasticity. Regular participation can help reduce the impact of Parkinson’s symptoms and support independence and confidence in daily activities.

Format: Small group
Frequency: 1 session per week

Osteoarthritis & Osteoporosis Strength Class

A targeted group class designed to reduce joint pain, improve mobility, and safely strengthen muscles and bones. You will improve balance, stability, and functional strength, making daily and leisure activities easier while supporting long-term joint and bone health.

Format: Group
Frequency: 1-2 sessions per week

Open Clinic offers a supervised, shared-consult exercise session where you complete your individually prescribed program in a supportive gym environment. With guidance from an accredited Exercise Physiologist, you’ll receive technique feedback, safe progression support, and reassurance while exercising alongside others. This option is ideal for building confidence, maintaining motivation, and supporting long-term adherence to your program, while still benefiting from professional oversight.

Frequency: 1-2+ sessions per week
